Reflexis Systems Inc. has made two executive promotions to support the company’s expanded professional services organization. Venu Challa and Murali Viswanathan were both appointed to the position of vice president of professional services. Both Challa and Viswanathan were serving as senior professional services directors at the Dedham, Mass.-based Reflexis, a maker of workforce management/task execution products for the retail industry.

Challa and Viswanathan will report to Narayana Raghupathy, senior vice president of operations and professional services. “Venu and Murali have led an exceptional number of complex enterprise software implementations for retailers with thousands of stores in the shortest time scales — months not years,” said Raghupathy. “The methodology they have developed enables us to repeatedly implement Reflexis solutions with great predictability, reliability and scalability. In their expanded roles, they will ensure that the same discipline and best implementation practices are employed by our growing professional services group to continue our track record of successful implementations.”

Prashanth Palakurthi is the founder and CEO of Reflexis. He started the company in 2001. It has offices in London, the Netherlands and India. Customers include 180 of some of the world’s best retailers.
